All our orders are processed and shipped from our location in Toronto, Ontario within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. We kindly ask to please double check and make sure you provide us with a correct address during checkout, as we will always ship to your Paypal address unless otherwise specified.

All purchased items are hand packed and attentively inspected before being shipped out to you via CanadaPost. Canadian and U.S. customers will have the option to upgrade their shipping at checkout in order receive their order faster and with a tracking number. International orders do not have a tracked shipping option and do not include insurance. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

* United States: from 4 – 14 business days
* International: from 7 – 21 business days

Shipping times are dependent upon the product’s final destination and may vary from region to region. If you would like to purchase additional insurance or signature confirmation please contact us prior to placing your order. If you need your item to arrive faster, Xpresspost shipping is available as a shipping upgrade during checkout.

In the unlikely and unfortunate event that a package may get lost or badly damaged in transit, we ask that you contact us immediately and we will try to either replace the item or issue a full refund. Additionally, if you know you might be away during time of delivery and are aware that it may not be safe for the package to be left at your doorstep, please leave a note on your mailbox for the carrier to arrange for pick-up at the closest postal office

Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract additional duties and custom fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.


At Designed To Life, we put a lot of time and care into creating our products and we hope that all our customers love them as much as we do. If for any reason our product did not meet your expectations, or if it arrived damaged, please let us know and we will gladly resolve the issue.

Please contact us within 4-5 days of the delivery date for any return or exchange inquiries. Returns, refunds or exchanges will not be made without prior email contact and confirmation and will be subject to our discretion.

Remember to provide us with your invoice number and a brief description of what is wrong with the product so we can provide you with better assistance. Unfortunately, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Items must be sent with a carrier that provides a tracking number to ensure safe return. Items are eligible for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of purchase. The items must be intact, unworn, unwashed and in original purchased condition. We will not be able to accept a return for any items that may smell of perfumes, colognes, or cigarette smoke, or items with visible pet hair. We kindly ask that any items returned to us, arrive in the same condition they were sent, otherwise they will be returned immediately.

Please allow us 30 days to receive and process your request.


We will gladly make exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, or there are defects in the garment or its workmanship, as long as the returned item is in the same condition (new, unworn, and unwashed as when it was shipped), with all tags attached. We only ask that you cover the shipping to us, and we will promptly ship the item back to you free of charge.

Most exchanges are due to sizing misunderstandings. We highly encourage our visitors and customers to check the sizing chart of the item before ordering. If you are still not sure and have questions about sizing, please do not hesitate to ask, we are more than happy to help. Be sure to always check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing or using your item.

Please be aware that while we do our best to show actual colours in our photos, slight variations in colour are possible and can occur. All computer monitors are calibrated differently and the colour you monitor will show may vary slightly from the actual item colour.


We strive and desire to keep our customers happy, spread the word and keep coming back! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately! If our print quality or our products as a whole are not on par with the competition, we will gladly offer you a refund for your items. If something is wrong with the order (ie. ripped or stained item, you received the wrong order, size or colour), and we have somehow made a mistake, please contact us right away! Designed To Life will cover shipping costs both ways and send you a replacement item with our sincerest apologies without delay. We do our best to avoid these errors, but mistakes do happen (especially if we did not get a daily dose of meditation that day). We kindly ask to please be patient with us and we will do our best to right our wrongs with your order.
